Day 4 Fitness Challenge: Pool Surfing Practice

Posted By Lori on Sep 4, 2011 | 5 comments

I am by no means a pro but, I am glad I just got the board out and played around. It was so much fun to challenge my balance. Perfect for the warm summer days. I love when I just get creative am make stuff up on the fly like I did in this video.

Today’s Workout
60 min morning walk up the hill
60 min yoga
30 min or so playing around with the foam board in the pool
60 min evening walk up the hill

What did you do today?

Hope it was fun!

’til tomorrow,

Lori

  1. Hi Lori! Today I rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes. My goal was to stay consistent with my rpms (ended up being 70) during harder intervals. I did it! I was present in my work out and reveling in my sweat. I like the feeling of worked out muscles too.

We just moved to Portland and have 2 hills right by our place and they provide a great workout for runs/walks. Ready to be in and stay in shape. 🙂

  5. Hey Lori, you’re getting good at that! I love stand up paddle boarding for it’s balance, coordination & whole body workout! Fitness for me today was my own personal dance party at my house, haha.
